Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Mint Leaves
  • ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Cup Lime Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Raw Honey
  • ¾ Cup Blueberries
  • ¾ Cup Strawberries
  • 2 Cups Coconut Water
  • 2 Cups Club Soda

Instructions

  1. Muddle mint leaves in a large pitcher.
  2. Add lemon juice, lime juice, and honey, stirring until well combined.
  3. Mix in club soda and coconut water until fully combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into four glasses, filling them halfway.
  5. Top each glass with strawberries and blueberries, and garnish with mint if desired.
