Instructions
- Blend cashews, agar, and salt in a high-powered blender until fine.
- Pour boiling water into the blender and process on high speed.
- Add roasted pumpkin, honey, and vanilla, then blend until smooth.
- Mix in cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and lemon zest.
- Pour the custard into ramekins or ½ cup mason jars.
- Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes until set.
- Serve chilled.
