Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut flour, sifted
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup grapeseed oil
  • ½ cup agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut flour, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl.
  2. Blend eggs, grapeseed oil, agave, and vanilla in a small bowl.
  3. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into a well-oiled muffin pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  6. Cool completely and top with chocolate frosting.
