Ingredients

The sauce

  • 1 jar (25 ounce) marinara sauce (no sugar added)
  • ¾ cup red lentils
  • ½ cup water
  • to taste salt & pepper

For serving

  • as needed spiralized zucchini noodles or cooked pasta

Instructions

  1. Combine the marinara sauce, lentils, and water in the Instant Pot and stir well.
  2. Secure the lid and set the vent to 'seal.' Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  3. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve warm over spiralized zucchini noodles or your favorite pasta.
