Instructions
- Rinse the white rice and place it in the Instant Pot.
- Add the vegetable broth, tomato paste, and green chiles to the pot and stir gently.
- Lock the lid and set the cooking time to 6 minutes at high pressure.
- After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for about 10 minutes, then perform a quick release for any remaining pressure.
- Remove the lid and fluff the rice with a fork.
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top and serve hot.
