Easy Pork Sausage-Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare the vegetables.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the sausage and onion, and cook until browned.
- Stir in the green pepper and sage, then remove from heat.
- Scoop out the stems and ribs of the Portobello mushrooms and place them on a baking sheet.
- Fill the mushrooms with the sausage mixture.
- Bake the stuffed mushrooms for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
