Instructions
- Pat dry the fish filets and season one side with salt and pepper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the remaining tablespoon of butter and place the fish filets seasoned side down in the pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until fully opaque.
- Remove the fish from the pan, drizzle with pan juices, and squeeze lemon over each filet before serving.
