The eggs

  • 2 large eggs

Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Steam the asparagus for 2-3 minutes and then set aside.
  2. Melt ghee or butter and avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Once the pan is hot, add the eggs one by one, ensuring space between them.
  4. Cook the eggs for 1-2 minutes until the whites are nearly set and the edges are crispy.
  5. Carefully flip the eggs and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  6. Transfer the eggs to a plate and season with salt and pepper.
