Zucchini Casserole

Instructions
- Drain the zucchini slices with salt for 45 minutes and pat dry.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Layer the zucchini in a casserole dish, alternating with shredded cheese, and season with black pepper.
- In a saucepan, combine brie, cream, butter, and garlic, heating until melted and smooth.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the zucchini and top with remaining shredded cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and the zucchini is soft.
