Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking dish with vegan butter or olive oil.
- 2. In a skillet, melt vegan butter and sauté mushrooms, leeks, and celery with salt and pepper until the mushrooms release their liquid.
- 3. Stir in kale, parsley, sage, thyme, and marjoram until fragrant.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add bread cubes and broth, and mix well.
- 5. Place the mixture in the baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for about 25 minutes.
- 6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
