Instructions
- Combine the meatball ingredients in a bowl and shape into small meatballs.
- Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the meatballs until browned, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same pan, sauté onion and bell peppers, then add the sauce ingredients and simmer until thickened.
- Return the meatballs to the pan and coat them with the sauce before serving.
