Ingredients

The cocktail

  • 4 leaves mint
  • ¾ cup fresh strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 4 oz. vodka or clear rum
  • 12 oz. kombucha
  • 1 cup ice

Optional garnishes

  • to taste berries
  • to taste lime wedges
  • to taste mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint leaves, strawberries, and lime juice in a bowl until a puree forms.
  2. Divide the puree between two glasses.
  3. Add 6 oz. of kombucha and 2 oz. of vodka to each glass, along with a splash of sparkling water.
  4. Fill the glasses with ice, stir, and enjoy.
