Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and sugar while preparing other ingredients.
- Mix the remaining sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Prepare the zucchini and onion by slicing them appropriately.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, then set aside.
- Sauté the onion in the skillet until tender and beginning to brown.
- Add the sauce to the skillet and let it cook briefly before adding zucchini.
- Cook until the zucchini is just softened, then return the chicken to the skillet.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onion if desired.
