Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉ and prepare a baking sheet.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse sand.
- Add pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Flatten the dough into a 7-inch round disc and cut into 8 pieces.
- Transfer the pieces to the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool the scones on a wire rack before glazing.
- Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over the cooled scones.
