Instructions
- Chop all vegetables except for the edamame and cut the chicken breasts into pieces, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet on medium heat and add olive oil.
- Sauté the vegetables in the skillet for about 3 minutes.
- Add the chicken, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes to the skillet.
- Cook for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
