Ingredients

  • cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 whole banana, sliced and frozen
  • ¾ cup plain or vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add extra almond milk to thin it out.
  3. Taste the smoothie and add honey if you want it sweeter.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with extra bee pollen, hemp seeds, and chia seeds if desired.
