Easy Kale, Sausage and White Bean Soup

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add sausage pieces and cook until no longer pink, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Strip stems from kale and shred the leaves.
- Add chicken broth, shredded kale, white beans, salt, and pepper to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
