Ingredients

  • 1 cup hemp milk
  • 3 cups spinach or kale, cooked
  • 3-4 pieces ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop hemp protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon Amazing Grass Wheatgrass
  • ½ frozen ripe banana
  • few pieces pineapple chunks
  • to taste Kyolic Garlic extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately.
