Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another, then combine them.
- Fold in the sprinkles and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake the cake until a toothpick comes out clean, then cool completely.
- Slice the cooled cake into three layers.
- Soften the ice cream and assemble the layers in the loaf pan, alternating cake and ice cream.
- Cover and freeze the assembled cake for at least 8 hours.
- Make the ganache by heating cream and pouring it over chopped chocolate, then let it thicken.
- Remove the cake from the pan, pour ganache on top, and let it set before slicing.
