Instructions
- Cook the jasmine rice first if it is not already cooked.
- Sauté the spinach in a skillet with cooking oil until wilted, then add sesame oil and salt.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then mix in chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
- Prepare the fresh vegetables by grating the carrot, slicing the cucumber, and slicing the green onions.
- Fry or soft boil the eggs as desired.
- Assemble the bowls by adding rice, spinach, beef, fresh vegetables, an egg, kimchi, green onions, and sesame seeds.
