Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt into a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, maple syrup, applesauce, and coconut oil. Stir in the grated zucchini.
- Add the dry ingredients to the large bowl and stir to combine.
- Stir ¾ cup of chocolate chips into the batter.
- Transfer the batter to the baking pan and sprinkle the remaining ¾ cup of chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
