Instructions
- 1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the bucatini until al dente.
- 2. While the pasta cooks, whisk together the eggs, parsley, basil, parmesan, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
- 3. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and return it to the hot pot.
- 4. Quickly add the egg mixture to the hot pasta and toss to combine, allowing the heat to cook the eggs and create a creamy sauce.
- 5. Add the butter and toss again.
