Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F.
- Sprinkle the Montreal Steak Seasoning over the roast and sear it in olive oil until a crust forms.

- Place the potatoes and carrots over the roast, then add salt and pepper.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the roast and cover it.
