Homemade Pork Gyoza

Instructions
- Sauté the cabbage with 1 Tbsp oil until wilted, then transfer to a bowl.
- Slice the green onions, mince the garlic, and grate the ginger, then add them to the bowl with the cabbage.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and ground pork to the bowl and mix until sticky.
- Spoon about 1 tsp of the mixture into the center of a wrapper, wet the edges, fold, and pinch to seal.
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a skillet, add gyoza seam side up, and fry until golden brown.
- Add water to the skillet, cover to steam for 1-2 minutes, then remove the lid and crisp the bottoms again.
- Serve hot.
