Roasted Branzino

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a large baking tray with tin foil.
- Season the fish inside and out with salt, pepper, and oregano, and stuff the cavities with lemon slices and fresh dill.
- Place the seasoned fish on the lined baking tray and surround it with dill, cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
- Roast the branzino for 25-30 minutes until the skin is crispy and the fish is cooked through.
