Fresh Raspberry Mojito

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 14–16 leaves fresh mint
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 2 cups seltzer water or club soda
  • 2 tablespoons agave

Instructions

  1. Muddle the raspberries and mint in the bottom of a large pitcher.
  2. Add lime juice, agave, and rum to the pitcher and stir to mix.
  3. Top with seltzer water and stir again before serving.
  4. Garnish with additional mint or lime slices if desired.
