Healthy Vegan Cauliflower Soup

cooked white beans (drained and rinsed)

Instructions
- Sauté the onions and salt with oil or broth until soft for about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cauliflower and sauté for about 6-8 minutes until browning.
- Cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cauliflower is soft.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender, add the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with toppings.
