Rhubarb Tart

rhubarb, washed and trimmed

kirsch or another liqueur
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the rhubarb lengthwise in half, and cut into 3-inch (8cm) bâtons.
- Mix the rhubarb with the strawberries and remaining ingredients in a baking dish.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until the fruit is soft.
- Remove the foil, reduce the heat to 325°F, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
