Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot.
- Prepare the pasta according to package instructions, reserving ⅔ cup of the pasta water.
- In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil and butter until melted.
- Add the black pepper and stir for about one minute.
- Add half of the reserved pasta water and let it simmer for about two minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta and coat it well with the sauce.
- Stir in the egg yolk and parmesan cheese, ensuring the spaghetti is evenly coated.
- Plate the dish and add more cheese and pepper to taste.
