Instructions
- Blend all the batter ingredients until smooth.
- Adjust the batter thickness with extra quinoa or almond flour if needed.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and grease it with coconut oil.
- Pour about 3 pancakes (4 inches each) into the skillet.
- Spread the batter slightly and add chocolate chips on top.
- Cook until ready, then flip and cook briefly on the other side.
