Instructions
- Thinly slice the jalapenos and garlic, and add them to a large jar.
- Combine the other ingredients in a small pot and bring to a simmer.
- Pour the hot mixture over the jalapenos and garlic.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, up to 4 days before eating.
- Use the pickled jalapenos for nachos, salads, burgers, and more.
