Paleo Chicken Alfredo

Paleo Chicken Alfredo

avocado oil or olive oil

cooked spaghetti squash

fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a blender, combine all alfredo sauce ingredients and blend until smooth. Heat if necessary.
- Warm the cooked spaghetti squash and top with alfredo sauce and sliced chicken.
- Garnish with parsley and additional black pepper.
