White Clam Sauce with Linguine

Instructions
- 1. Fill a large pot with salted water and cook the linguine until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- 2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil until hot.
- 3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- 4. Stir in the reserved clam liquid, white wine, and salt, then bring to a boil.
- 5. Reduce the heat to medium and let the sauce reduce for about 10 minutes.
- 6. Add the minced clams and chopped parsley, stirring until heated through.
- 7. Lower the heat and add the cooked linguine, tossing until the pasta absorbs some sauce.
- 8. Plate the pasta and clam sauce, garnish with additional parsley and red pepper flakes if desired, and serve immediately.
