Chive Pancakes

Instructions
- Combine the rice flour, salt, and sesame seeds in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, water, eggs, and chives.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until combined and lump-free.
- Let the batter sit for 5 minutes, then adjust the consistency with more water if needed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the coconut oil.
- Pour a scant ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, rotating to cover the bottom.
- Cook until golden and the edges curl, then flip to brown the other side.
- Cover with a tea towel while cooking the remaining pancakes.
