Instructions
- Mash or blend the bananas until smooth.
- Add coconut flour and eggs, whisking until a smooth batter forms.
- If the batter is too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time.
- Heat a greased non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the pan and cover immediately.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Repeat until all batter is used.
