Instructions
- Prepare the goma dressing by grinding white sesame seeds paste with sake, mirin, soy sauce, and dashi, then refrigerate.
- Boil water in a pot, add sake and salt, then dip the thinly sliced pork until it changes color.
- Wash the green salad leaves and drain well.
- Slice the tomato and cucumber.
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water.
- Assemble by placing udon noodles on plates, topping with salad leaves, tomato, cucumber, and pork, then drizzle with dressing.
