Instructions
- Melt ghee in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili pepper flakes; cook until browned and crispy, about 7-8 minutes.
- Stir in chopped onion and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
- Add diced butternut squash and cook for about a minute to coat with flavors.
- Pour in bone broth and bring to a boil; add dry pasta and return to a boil.
- Cover and simmer until pasta is al dente and broth is mostly gone, about 7-8 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in chopped kale, cover, and let rest for 3-5 minutes until kale is wilted.
- Serve immediately.
