Strawberry Champagne

hulled strawberries (fresh or frozen)

freshly squeezed lemon juice

bottle (750 ml)
brut champagne or sparkling wine

fresh strawberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Blend the strawberries and lemon juice until smooth.
- Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of the puree into the bottom of each champagne flute.
- Top with champagne and gently stir.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice.
