Linguine with Arugula, Garlic and Parmesan

The sauce

baby arugula

freshly shredded or shaved Parmesan

toasted pine nuts
Instructions
- Cook the pasta al dente in salted water according to package instructions.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil or melt butter in a pan and sauté the garlic until lightly golden.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and combine it with the garlic oil mixture, arugula, and Parmesan cheese.
- Toss everything until well combined and serve immediately, topped with extra Parmesan and pine nuts if desired.
