Spicy Lemon Arugula Pasta

Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
- 2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-low heat.
- 3. Add the mashed garlic to the pan and stir for about 2 minutes, being careful not to burn it.
- 4. Stir in red chili flakes and sea salt, cooking for another minute.
- 5. Remove the pan from heat and add the cooked pasta to the garlic oil mixture.
- 6. Mix in lemon juice, lemon zest, arugula, reserved pasta water, and parmesan cheese, stirring well.
- 7. Serve and enjoy!
