Lemon Parsley Pasta

Instructions
- Boil a large pot of water and cook the pasta until tender, then drain.
- While the pasta cooks, zest the lemon and chop the parsley, mixing them with Parmesan and pepper in a bowl.
- In the same pot, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
- Add the drained pasta and butter to the pot, tossing to coat.
- Mix in the parsley and Parmesan mixture, then squeeze lemon juice over the pasta and season with salt.
- Toss everything together, taste, and adjust seasoning as needed before serving warm.
