Creamy Lemon Arugula Hummus Pasta

Instructions
- 1. Boil the pasta until al dente and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- 2. In a large pan over medium heat, add olive oil, onions, and garlic, sautéing for about 3 minutes until softened.
- 3. Add baby tomatoes and arugula, sautéing for about 1 minute more.
- 4. Stir in hummus, lemon juice, and reserved pasta water to create a sauce.
- 5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and plate immediately, topping with optional seasoning.
