Easy Hummus Pasta

The sauce

prepared hummus

dried oregano

fine sea salt

ground black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package directions. Reserve some pasta cooking water before draining.
- 2. In a skillet, combine hummus, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add ⅓ cup of reserved pasta water and whisk until creamy. Adjust with more water if needed.
- 3. Toss the hot pasta with the hummus sauce until well coated. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm, optionally garnished with crushed red pepper flakes and fresh basil.
