Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot.
- Grill the cherry tomatoes and baby bell peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they have grill marks.
- Cook the spaghetti until al dente, reserving 1 cup of the cooking water before draining.
- Mix hummus, pesto, basil, and crushed red pepper flakes in a bowl, then whisk in the reserved pasta water.
- Combine the hot pasta and spiralized zucchini with the hummus mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Mash half of the blistered tomatoes and mix with pine nuts, olives, oregano, balsamic vinegar, and remaining olive oil.
- Serve the pasta topped with the tomato sauce, grilled peppers, and remaining blistered tomatoes, adding feta if desired.
