spinach, chopped

sundried tomatoes, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package directions and reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Sauté the sundried tomatoes and spinach in olive oil until the spinach is wilted.
- Add hummus and reserved pasta water to the sautéed vegetables and stir until smooth.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the hummus sauce and stir to mix.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and finish with a squeeze of lime before serving.
