Instructions
- Simmer salsa and water in a skillet for 5 to 10 minutes until thickened.
- Add tortilla chips and fold to coat them in the sauce.
- Remove from heat and top with crema, fried eggs, avocado, radishes, and jalapeños.
- Sprinkle with Cotija cheese and cilantro, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
