Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 cup warm water
  • Ice
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Add matcha powder to a measuring cup and pour in hot water, whisking until dissolved.
  2. Pour in warm water and mix well, then chill in the fridge or freezer for about 15 minutes.
  3. Fill two glasses with ice and pour in the milk until about 3/4 full, adding simple syrup if desired.
  4. Pour the chilled matcha over the milk and stir to combine.
