Iced Matcha Latte

Instructions
- Add matcha powder to a measuring cup and pour in hot water, whisking until dissolved.
- Pour in warm water and mix well, then chill in the fridge or freezer for about 15 minutes.
- Fill two glasses with ice and pour in the milk until about 3/4 full, adding simple syrup if desired.
- Pour the chilled matcha over the milk and stir to combine.
