Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine apple sauce, honey, vanilla stevia, eggs, and liquified coconut oil, then beat with an electric mixer.
- Add almond meal flour, buckwheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt to the mixture and beat again.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries.
- Spoon the batter into unbleached muffin cups, filling them almost to the top.
- Bake for about 24 minutes.
