Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • ½ tbsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ½ cup Wholesome Yum Zero Sugar Maple Syrup
  • cup Butter (melted; or coconut oil for dairy-free)
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Strawberries (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a muffin pan with 12 liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
  3. Add keto maple syrup, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  5. Distribute the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
