Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • ½ cup Wholesome Yum Granulated Allulose
  • 1 ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt
  • cup Unsalted butter (melted)
  • cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 large Eggs (at room temperature)
  • 1 tsp Banana extract
  • ¾ cup Walnuts (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a muffin pan with 10 muffin liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, allulose, baking powder, and sea salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, almond milk, eggs, and banana extract to the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in ½ cup of chopped walnuts.
  4. Distribute the batter evenly among the muffin cups and sprinkle the tops with the remaining walnuts.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
