Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a muffin pan with 10 muffin liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, allulose, baking powder, and sea salt.
- Add the melted butter, almond milk, eggs, and banana extract to the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in ½ cup of chopped walnuts.
- Distribute the batter evenly among the muffin cups and sprinkle the tops with the remaining walnuts.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
